About this Group

This year we are again focussing on making Caerphilly a bee friendly area through our 'Bee Friendly' campaign. There are a variety of bee themed events, practical wildflower planting projects, bee hotel making workshops, campaigning and lobbying and working with schools and other organisations in our area to make Caerphilly a buzzing place to be. Come and join the fun! We will also be focusing on excessive plastic packaging with our “Pack it In” campaign and our commitment to making Wales free from fracking.

Lets get Caerphilly buzzing

This year we are supporting Friends of the Earth's The Bee Cause campaign ( by organising a series of local bee events, projects and campaigns. If you would like to get involved and help us make Caerphilly Borough a bee friendly area then do get in touch.

There are loads of cool things you can get involved with
