An initial cheque presentation for £1,000 was presented to Dave Clarke, Assistant Headteacher of Hardenhuish School, Chippenham from Stephen Eades, Chairman of North Wiltshire Friends of the Earth.
Michelle Donelan Conservative MP for Chippenham, seen actively supporting the campaign 'against' solar farms in the Wiltshire area. The argument being that green field sites are being used. Is there the same level of support against green field sites being used for housing?
Like the weather the newsletter is a bit gloomy this time, the government is going all out to stop renewables in favour of carbon. I have tried to include a couple of positive bits.

38 Degrees is an organisation that brings people together to take action on the issues that matter to you, and bring about real change in the UK. One of these issues is Climate Change, and 38 Degrees are joining the Climate Coalition march in London on Wednesday 17th June.
North Wilts Friends of the Earth have moved to the Jubilee Building, Chippenham, and to celebrate this, a successful Re-launch and Presentation took place on Tuesday 21st April.
The presentation included projects that the group have been involved with, plus a list of ideas that could be developed in the future.
