Llangollen & District Friends of the Earth is part of a movement to create a safer climate, flourishing nature, and healthy air, food and water. We want to improve the local environment for everyone in our community to enjoy – as well as supporting local and global efforts to protect the planet.

Our group has run continuously since 1981, with many successful campaigns behind us - for example doorstep paper recycling using a milk float, well before the government dreamt of such a thing! The most pressing issue right now in 2019 is the climate emergency, but we campaign on other issues too.
