London ULEZ expansion: Friends of the Earth calls for clean air across entire city
Ultra Low Emission Zone expansion is a promising step towards clean air in the city centre, but what about Greater London?
Reacting to today's ULEZ announcement Aaron Kiely, clean air campaigner at Friends of the Earth, said:
“Sadiq Khan is right to expand the Ultra-Low Emission Zone, and this is a promising step towards clean air in London.
"Air pollution hotspots exist outside the newly-expanded ULEZ so we want to hear from the Mayor how he'll protect the health of people living and working in Greater London too."
