We're looking for an experience creative leader who can lead a team and inspire complete confidence in internal stakeholders. 

As Head of Content and Creative, you’ll be the most senior creative and will have the opportunity to ensure our campaigns and initiatives are as inspiring as they can be.

Your primary job will be to lead and be responsible for the creative success of our campaigns and initiatives – often more than one at the same time.

You'll be overseeing the implementation of our content strategy, as well as the day-to-day content creation, production and creative direction. As someone who’s able to see the bigger strategic picture, you’ll understand our audiences' needs and ensure our creative voice is completely authoritative and persuasive to them.

You’ll need to have experience of leading and inspiring creative teams and content creators to produce a high-quality output, as well as experience of applying quantitative and qualitative audience insight to creative output.

With strong project management skills and the ability to manage tight production and editorial schedules, you’ll also be great at managing external agencies, ensuring high quality, on brand output.
