Thanks to our supporters, we’re currently: 

 ✔️ Demanding better climate protection. In 2022 we won a legal case against the UK government because its climate plan to cut carbon emissions simply wasn't good enough. In early 2024, we took the government to court again over its climate plan because it still looks half baked and half hearted.

✔️ Fighting dirty fossil fuels. We’re challenging the government’s approval of fossil fuel projects and fighting plans for an oil development in Horse Hill, Surrey, and a coal mine in Whitehaven, Cumbria.

✔️ Challenging climate-wrecking decisions. Our legal team played a crucial role in preventing a third runway at Heathrow by challenging it in court.
