Stratford-upon-Avon Friends of the Earth

Stratford-upon-Avon Friends of the Earth is a group of around forty local people campaigning for solutions to environmental problems, the sustainable use of the Earth’s resources, and better protection for nature. We work to save pollinators (especially bees), promote clean energy, and oppose fracking. We run stalls in and around the town and organise public meetings on environmental topics. We meet on a monthly basis to plan our campaign work - and less often just to have fun.

Lizard Peninsula Friends of the Earth

Lizard Peninsula Friends of the Earth is a Cornish campaigning group which covers the town of Helston and the surrounding area, as well as the whole of the Lizard Peninsula. As a rural area almost surrounded by the ocean, our emphasis is on issues affecting the marine and natural environment. We also work on national Friends of the Earth campaigns which have special local resonance, particularly climate change.
