Why should I download the Eco Hero guide?

Drowning in doomscrolling? Not sure where to being? You're not alone. That's why we created our "Eco Hero" guide to help you take action. Our Eco Hero guide is here to help you:

  • build momentum
  • boost your confidence
  • grow your voice

From small changes to bolder moves, every action counts. And together, they add up to something powerful. You'll also have access to printable posters and colour in sheets to promote the changes you're making.

You don’t have to do everything. But you can do something. And it really will make a difference.

How does the Eco Hero guide work?

We’ve chosen 7 actions that start small and gradually build momentum. You can tackle one a day over a week or spread them out at your own pace. Whatever works best for you. Each action is:

  • practical
  • impactful
  • designed for busy lives
  • even more powerful when shared with others

Some of these actions take a bit of effort, we get that. So we’ve chosen ones that are not only doable, but enjoyable too. They’re designed to be fun, meaningful and to genuinely make an impact.

These steps will help you move from feeling stuck or frustrated to becoming someone who’s part of the solution. Someone who’s actively shaping a better future, instead of just putting up with how things are.
